At LUMYRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging (including tags, boxes, and any accessories).
- Jewelry items that are customized or made-to-order are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at hncdlp@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and address.
- Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during return shipping. Return shipments must be sent using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item’s safe return.
- Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been inspected and confirmed to be in original condition.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- For most returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
